Phase 3 Elevation Strategy Session-Funding Roadmap/Term Sheet

The Loan Officer will create a Funding Roadmap. Discuss Rates/Terms/Fees. Address any barriers and offer an Elevation Strategy with Personalized Solutions to assist and guide the clients through every step of the lending process.

Phase 5 Loan Execution & Closing Your Capital Connection

Once your loan is approved for closing, the loan consultant will work directly with the processing underwriting and funding execution team to confirm your closing details and answer your questions and provide support whenever you need it.
