The iRenovate Network for Realtors is designed to educate, empower, and reward licensed real estate professionals by providing continuing education, strategic referral opportunities, and innovative tools to increase revenue and enhance client value.

The program’s core objective is to help Realtors:

  • Earn CE credit through a TREC-approved course focused on renovation financing and value-add strategies for buyers and sellers
  • Generate 1% commission on all referred flooring projects completed by Capital City Construction (e.g., $500 on a $50K flooring job)
  • Benefit from bonus referral income by connecting clients to Capital City Mortgage for renovation financing solutions, including HELOCs and other loan programs

Through this program, Realtors can position themselves as renovation-savvy advisors, close more deals, increase client satisfaction, and create additional income streams—without changing their core business model.

How to Get Started: iRenovate Network for Realtors

  1. 📝 Register Online
    Complete the Realtor sign-up form to join the iRenovate Network and get access to the CE Course and referral tracking. Click Here: Application for the referral partner
  2. 🎓 Enroll in the CE Course
    Take the TREC-approved Renovation Financing course (online or in person) to learn how to maximize buyer options and generate commissions. Register Here
  3. 🔗 Refer Flooring or HELOC Clients
    Start submitting client referrals for flooring projects or renovation loans through Capital City Mortgage and Construction. See Flooring Options Here 
  4. 💰 Get Paid 1% Per Completed Flooring Project
    You’ll receive 1% commission once the job is complete and payment is received (e.g., $500 on a $50K project). HELOC referrals also earn bonuses!
